I picked up this book as a freebie for a quick read during the long weekend and I am so glad I did!

Moxie is a young, kindergarten teacher in search of Mr. Right.  In the meantime though, exploring the options for Mr. Right will have to do. An unfortunate event during a night out introduces her to Miles Dane, a new to town artist/graphic designer.  He also happens to be the widowed, single parent of one of her students, Dillon. The rest of the tale involves Moxie overcoming the embarrassment of her first encounter with Mr. Dane and establishing a deliciously steamy relationship with him.

Likes: This book is hilarious. I really liked the character of Moxie and relate to her sense of humor. She is a young, confident, no holds barred chick, who is determined to embrace her curves regardless of what anybody else thinks, including her irritatingly meddlesome stepmother. Definitely my kind of gal! Her circle of friends are also equally engaging and Miles has made a nice addition to my list of book boyfriends.

Dislikes: None. I had never heard of Z.B. Heller before I read this book. I am happy to have stumbled across her and look forward to reading more from her, including the follow up to this novel, First Comes Love, which will be released soon.
